By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Clientdrip is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to automate lead generation, prospecting, and outreach. The Service allows users to create automated workflows, manage prospect data, and connect with third-party networks and communication channels. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

  • Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use Clientdrip to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

  • Send unsolicited promotional content, spam, or messages that violate the CAN-SPAM Act or similar anti-spam legislation.

  • Harass, abuse, defame, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of others.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or disrupt the Service or its servers.

  • Resell, lease, or sub-license the Service without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these restrictions.

4. Third-Party Platforms and Automation Liability

Clientdrip enables automated interactions with third-party platforms. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Clientdrip complies with the Terms of Service, User Agreements, and acceptable use policies of any third-party platform you connect to (e.g., LinkedIn, email providers).

  • Assumption of Risk: Automating actions on third-party networks carries inherent risks, including the potential temporary or permanent suspension of your third-party accounts. You use Clientdrip at your own risk.

  • No Liability: [Company Name] is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or liable for the actions of any third-party platform. We are not responsible for any account restrictions, bans, loss of data, or loss of revenue resulting from your use of automation on third-party networks.

5. Payment Terms and Lifetime Deals

  • Subscriptions: Fees for the Service are billed in advance on a recurring basis or as a one-time payment, depending on the plan you select.

  • Lifetime Deal (LTD) Definition: If you purchase a "Lifetime Deal," the term "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Clientdrip software product, not your personal lifetime. You will have access to the specific features outlined in your purchase agreement for as long as Clientdrip continues to develop, maintain, and offer the Clientdrip Service. We make no guarantees regarding the indefinite lifespan of the product.

  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific money-back guarantee provided at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its code, design, features, and documentation.

  • Your Data: You retain full ownership of the data, prospect lists, and content you input into or generate through the Service ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your User Data strictly for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clientdrip and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
